"What do we do if they haven't yet reached the target? What do we do if they have?"
At the end of a learning cycle, teachers must assure that all students left having reached the target. This means finding support when a student exhibits gaps in their understanding, or providing opportunities for advancement when a student shows a deep level of understanding.
